Tipsee Mare is a vintage 1978 horse trailer that has been restored and converted into a unique party wagon servicing the greater Michiana area.  The Brewer’s brought Tipsee Mare out of the field and restored her for a whole new purpose.  Mobile Bar!

Mobile Bar Package

Host is responsible for purchasing all  items that will be served by our staff such as alcohol & mixers.  Tipsee Mare will provide garnish.

Pricing

Tipsee Mare rental fee is based on the guest count, bar package and duration of the event.   Prices range from graduation parties at $475 to weddings at $800+.  We have packages with and without a tip jar.  EVERY event is different.   To determine the best options for your event please submit the Event Rental Request Form to receive an accurate quote.

Included in rental Fee:
Rental Time: Our base package comes with 4 hours rental of the unit. Every additional hour is $95 per hour.
Custom beverage menu design with signature one-of-a-kind craft cocktails based on your preferences.
Deliver + Setup: Delivery, setup, breakdown and cleanup (up to 30 miles from our farm in Eau Claire, MI + $1.25/mile for additional travel).
Custom Event Sign + Menu Board: We will provide a beautiful, custom event sign and an additional menu board that features your menu, & signature beverage.
Disposables: plastic cups, napkins and straws.
One bartender is provided for events up to 50 guests and two bartenders are provided for events over 50 guests.

How To Book:

Right Lead (step 1):
Request a Quote. Provide us all the details of your event by submitting our event detail form.

Left Lead (step 2):
We will follow up with you to confirm your event details. Your event will not be confirmed until deposit is submitted.

Tail to the Rail (step 3):
Plan for us to arrive about 1 hour before your event to set up. Tipsee Mare staff will serve your
guests and keep the drinks flowing. At the end of your event we will need approximately one hour to pack up.

Additional Information

Requirements for Service: Tipsee Mare needs flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We begin setup at least one hour before the scheduled start time.  Don’t worry about rain weather we do have coverage for our mare!
